There is nothing wrong with needing assistance Ask

There is nothing wrong with needing assistance
Asking for help now and then
Habits are formed with focus, persistence
And encouraging words from a friend

And even those easily distracted
With patience can learn to acquaint
Their ass to the damn chair, exacted
There are benefits to having restraint(s). 😏

Day three had its distractions, so this will be da

Day three had its distractions, so this will be day four
And the briefest interactions, have left me wanting more
Freedom from the habits, which no longer serve
To be brave enough to grab it, that which I deserve,
Freedom to express, without reservation
To not let fear repress, the breadth of my creation
And open myself up to things which might result in hurt
Better painful forward movement, than overcautious and inert.

There are places it seems nothing will grow And sp

There are places it seems nothing will grow
And spaces between things we used to know
Things feel empty aplenty
Like we're facing disaster
And yet, don't forget
To make room for laughter
I know the stress can leave one in doubt
And maybe even make hair fall out
Then again perhaps making space is effective
For a much needed shift in hairstyle perspective

Reflection can sometimes inspire
Given the time we might learn to be kind

Dark finds me a-light,
a-glow, and a-flame,
alive with witchery most wild,
and sane.
Bathing in moonglow
And feeling my roots
Soles bare walk the line
Between souls bearing truth.
These women I've been
