Or lack of action, beyond this.

This breath,
let it fall.

Let it recover and pick you back up.

Allow yourself a moment to realize
you’re doing it right.
Even when you’re doing it wrong.

Fill it up, let it collapse.
Somewhere inbetween is that place of calm.
That place of happy medium.
